We are searching for someone who will take the reigns as our new 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. This position reports to the Production Manager.
We have a need for a results-driven supervisor to coordinate activities in our bulk weighing and liquid filling chemical areas in compliance with customer specifications and safety guidelines. This consists of supervising the weighing, packaging, filling and labeling of dry and liquid chemicals in accordance with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
We are looking for someone who is an effective decision-maker, excels in problem resolution, and be able to meet productivity deadlines and exceptions. Proven team leadership, superior interpersonal communication and supervisory skills, strong math aptitude, and computer knowledge a must.Â
