Your Resume Must Include:
· Experience in coaching, training and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices.
· Demonstrated success as a results-driven manager who has experience in directing and coordinating activities in multiple Operation departments.
· Evidence of your ability to coach and manage production to optimal performance; and include successful metrics.
This is a fast-paced, high-energy position. Bachelor’s degree preferred; and/or ten years related experience. If you desire a dynamic career change, we would love to hear from you!
